Depending on the circumstances at the time; it may not be possible to refund your wedding or deposits paid in full, but the team will work closely with you to find a mutually beneficial outcome. We are being as flexible as we can during this time.
Babalou is located in Kingscliff in Northern NSW and therefore subject to any restrictions put in place by the NSW government. The team at Babalou will advise you of current restrictions before booking, and keep you as updated as possible with any changes that will immediately affect your wedding. The team are working hard to create magical weddings despite the restrictions in place but it is worth noting these restrictions are government law and out of our control.
